A maven of healthy living and meticulous manicures, Donna Perillo Karlin  is well known in the beauty industry. She has been featured in numerous national publications including Organic Spa, Allure and Shape. In 2002, she founded Sweet Lily Natural Nail Spa & Boutique as a sanctuary for clean, wellness-minded nail care. Striving to educate others on the benefits of natural nail treatments and toxic-free living, she opted to use only pure products, free of harsh chemicals and synthetics.  It was also her mission to provide a warm and serene environment in which the busy New Yorker could unwind.

Prior to opening the spa, Donna began her career in the music industry where she co-managed artists such as Wyclef Jean, The Fugees and Joan Osborne.  The lack of clean, conscious nail salons she found during her travels sparked the idea for Sweet Lily, prompting her to open NYC’s first ever Natural Nail Spa. From the health conscious, to the expectant mother, to the beauty industry insider, the spa has become the go-to place for meticulous nail and waxing treatments combined with exceptional service.

Today, Donna continues to define natural nail care and has won industry recognition for creating a concept and a brand that is high-end, yet relaxed - natural, yet refined.
